Original Song or you record Cover ||

I'm an indePendent filmmaker making a documentary about custom cars, custom car building and one topic is "Made in America" so I'd like a song about made in America, but I cannot find any Psychobilly, or Rockabilly songs with lyrics about "Made in America". Can you fuggin believe no one has done a song about this?

Any Psychobilly band have a song that I cannot find? Maybe someone wants to cover of this song by Toby Keith, but in the spirit of punk rock, Rockabilly.

I easily imagine messing with the lyrics. I could help write lyrics, if you want.

Here's lyrics to Toby Keith's song...

Some of his lyrics match custom-built cars in Utah and Colorado, which is where I got footage and interviews, but I want a psychobilly or rockabilly sound to my soundtrack!!

I would Pay $$$omething, but not a lot. I'm a one man producer, cameraman and editor. I could edit a video for you, or maybe rent your studio time, and of course give credit in my finished documentary.

Moving to the Band & Musicians section as that is likely a better fit.

Hey man, is this Seth or D.A.? Not sure if I've met you, but I'm here in Seattle, too. Your project sounds like a lot of fun. Not sure of how many bands would write you an exclusive song, but you could likely connect and license an existing track. Most artists are very approachable about these types of things if you have a price and contract for them ahead of time.

Here are a few songs that come to mind:
"USA Psychos" by The Quakes
"I Am The USA" by The Mutilators
"American Music" by The Blasters (that one might be pricey)\
"America 1998" by The Quakes

You might want to review the discography of Three Blue Teardrops and Reverend Horton heat. We could also host a discussion on it during next week's Zorch Radio, some listeners might have some suggestions.
