From top to bottom, I think this album kicks ass! The artwork is a perfect fit for the sound. Shelby's super-frantic version of surf/scotty moore guitar is kind of mind-fucking, and of course Sinner's back-beat is pretty much as tight as is gets (especially when you're singing like Brian Setzer if he was possesed by the devil while drumming) Brett's bass work is flawless on all tracks. The loose "theme" of the album is great as well, it's all the stuff I love about the scene packed into one album, it's like a billy-lifestyle overload.

I'm with you on this one. I love the cover of Concrete Jungle

Very cool. We played with them on that tour, booked them down here in Destin, FL, had the Rocketz back with The Cold Blue Rebels a few months later, both GREAT shows! I love when the Chop Tops and the Strikers are out together, the first time we played with strikers was in New Orleans, when Sinner and the boys had them out.
