We've played with them a couple times in Orange County and Arizona. Great band and really great guys.

Good find, very old school sound. What's going on with the bass though! Tell him to slow it down a bit and play a decent line.

Yeah i really like them two tracks alot....and i agree with the Dr that the bass is a bit OTT on the "meathead" track but i like the two different types of vocals and the sound is old school......which is no bad thing at all Laughing

yep, that's exactly what I thought when I heard the 1st song on their myspace - californian Meantraitors, they sound like Bogorad's band on the "...From Psychobilly Land"and "titanic Music" Smile

good band, gonna give em more listens

Its ok but it just sounds like speeded up rockabilly, guitar is way too tinny, also they look like they come from the rockin' scene but have just grown their hair and speeded up their music to get on some psychobilly shows. The overall sound is really weak it needs beefing up IMO

I've certainly heard worse. It does all seem a little bit pre-packaged to me somehow. Does that make sense? At the very least, I can appreciate it for not being typical of the modern brand of psychobilly. Then again, it does seem the "old school sound" is the latest trend.

I dunno about this Tony, but they might grow on me. I wasn't a big fan of the Rocketz originally either, and I now place you up there with the greats. I say work with em a little, get some soul in that bass, and see if they can't respect the old school without just copying it. Fucksake, from the logo, to the hair, to the home made t shirt design it's just a little bit cookie cutter for me. but again, they're not an awful band, I see potential.
