For fans of Nigel's M3T3ORS 'In Heaven' & 'Teenagers from outer space' era contributions & also his Tall Boys stuff this is a must have imo, on first listen I wasn't too impressed to tell the truth, but it was in the car on the way home from France & we were both knackered & the stereo wasn't brilliant!.
Listened to it a few times noe though & liking it...I've always liked Nigel's stuff, apart from his 1st solo album back in the 80's that is (what a stinker lol), he's backed by Steve 'swing it Ginger' Meadham on drums & Doyle on guitar & the production/sound is spot on imo.

What you get are 12 tracks of out of tune Nigel Lewis vocals Laughing inc 1 cover (Blank generation), mostly vintage Psychobilly with a bit of Tall Boys influence thrown in now & then, some crackin' tracks on here, .....'don't fuck around with me' could be an anthem I think Laughing ..... anyway, just buy it.

1 - 654321
2- Freight train graffiti
3-Don't fuck around with me
4-Down
5-English vampire
6-I know something
7-Blank generation
8-I'm on my way
9-Knock it all down
10-Mad as hell
11-Ain't what I call Rock'n'Roll
12-Zorch x 14.

It's a great album, one of the top albums this year for me. Much better than "Ladies & Gentlemen, attention please" imho. Although I usually prefer the fast-paced psycho tunes I like the diversity of songs on this album, both slow and fast numbers. I think mr.Lewis (unlike many other guys in the scene) doesn't care if he & his music is psyko and kool enough.

There's no bad song for me on the album, bu my favourite songs are "Down", "English vampire", "654321", "Mad as Hell", "Knock it all down", "Ain't what I call Rock'n'Rol" and the best, simply brilliant ones "Don't fuck around with me" & "I know something". I set the last one as a ringtone on my mobile Smile))
