Just got a copy of the first ep cd by a localrockabilly band which did surprise me by being quite good
I had only heard them doing cover versions of old 50s numbers some of which are fairly commonplace but the cd is more original
And these are kids by the way and shouldnt be sounding this good so bloody young

Ive seen and spoken to these lads on the piss at the deafways club in Preston and they do seem a nice bunch of young lads (easy boozey!) who are into the music for the music and not just for the fashion.

Well, this thread is pretty old but i wanna say something...
I saw Furious this summer at the Brandenburger Meeting near to Berlin here in Germany. They are fucking awesome!
That's real cool Rock'n'Roll and the three guys are of great talent. Respect!

I have some photos of the evening:

The bass player could have a Steve Shitehouse pony tail thing going on if he leaves it much longer!

Get a trim my son, it's not "Buisness on top and party at the back" you know! Very Happy

Seriously though, it's about the music and not the hair isn't it?

Oh and they are quite good aren't they?

yeah those lads can really play

do really well on the rocking scene, which isn't as damn fussy about age as the psycho scene seems to be

Now that surprises me.
I assumed they would be very picky.
